Would you like to spend your holidays away from the resorts with
mass tourism, in idyllic rural surroundings? If so, then our
traditional Majorcan fincas are just the right choice for you.
The villas on offer are rustic but always contemporary. They are
privately owned and individually furnished by the respective
owners. Where possible, the original building substance has been
retained combining it with modern installations, or the fincas
have been completely restored and modernised. Most of the
presented villas have a pool, although fincas without a pool are
particularly advisable for families with infants just starting
to crawl around!
The indicated prices are per villa and night at maximum
occupation. These are end prices which include a weekly change
of laundry and towels, the final cleaning, electricity and water
and an information book.
Because of the tranquil and sometimes remote locations, it is
advisable to hire a car which we can sort out for you at
reasonable prices.

sea, we advise villas or holiday
apartments in the delightful sea-side
resort Cala Sant Vicenc; most of the
villas do not have a pool, as both of
the sandy bays in Cala Sant Vicenc are
with easy walking distance of each
holiday accommodation.
